Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Product Notice
All table pads sold by SnapLock Table Pad Company are custom made to the measurements and details provided by the customer. We build pads according to the information we receive. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect measurements, wrong model information, unclear finish descriptions, or any assumptions made by the customer.

2. Ordering and Approval
If an order includes diagrams, drawings, templates, or digital confirmations, the order becomes final once the customer approves those materials. Approval confirms that all measurements and details are correct. Production begins only after full payment is received.

3. Production Time
Production time estimates are provided as a courtesy. Actual completion time can vary due to material availability or seasonal workload. Delays do not qualify the customer for a cancellation or refund on a custom item.

4. Changes and Cancellations
Once production starts, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If a cancellation is accepted, the cost of materials and labor may be deducted from any refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Customers must report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

6. Color and Material Variation
Colors, grain, and textures may vary from digital images or samples due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variation in materials. These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Product Specific Policies

7. Economy Pad Policy
The Economy Pad is not eligible for returns or refunds for any reason other than verified manufacturing error. If we determine that we made a mistake, we will remake the affected section at no charge. No cash refunds are offered on Economy Pads.

8. Elite Pad Policy
The Elite Pad includes a lifetime workmanship warranty.
It also includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. During the first 30 days after delivery, customers may receive a full refund for any reason. We cover all return shipping and repackaging costs if necessary. After the 30-day period expires, the Elite Pad remains covered under the lifetime workmanship warranty.

Warranty Options

​

9. Standard Workmanship Warranty
All pads are covered against defects in materials or construction. Warranty claims require photos and a brief description of the issue. Wear from regular use, color change over time, or damage caused by heat or moisture are not considered defects. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

10. No Fault Lifetime Warranty (All Pad Types)
A no fault lifetime warranty is available for an additional 20 dollars at the time of purchase. This warranty covers accidents, heat exposure, pets, children, storage issues, and any other cause outside normal workmanship. Under this warranty, we repair or remake the affected section at our discretion. The warranty does not include cash refunds.

Additional Terms

11. Templates and Measurement Tools
Any templates or measurement guides provided by SnapLock are only aids. The customer is responsible for verifying accuracy before final approval.

​

12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability will never exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for damage to tables, furniture, flooring, or any indirect or incidental losses.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
