SnapLock table pads are custom-made products. Each pad is built to the exact measurements and details provided by the customer. Because of this, our refund and return rules differ depending on the product purchased. This page explains all policies in one place.
Economy Pad Refund Policy
No Returns or Refunds
Economy Pads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason unrelated to workmanship.
If We Made a Mistake
If we verify a manufacturing error, we remake the affected section at no cost to the customer.
No cash refunds are issued on Economy Pads.
Elite Pad Refund Policy
30-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee
Elite Pads may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund.

No restocking fees
If you’re not happy, you won’t spend a penny out of pocket.
After 30 Days
Elite Pads remain covered under their lifetime workmanship warranty, but returns for refund are no longer available.
Warranty-Related Refunds
Refunds are not issued under any warranty (standard or no-fault).
Approved warranty claims result in one of the following, at our discretion:

Repair of the affected section, or
-
Remake of the affected section
No warranty provides cash refunds.
Optional No-Fault Lifetime Warranty
Available on any pad for an additional $20 at the time of purchase.
This warranty covers accidental damage, misuse, heat exposure, pets, children, storage issues, and almost any cause not related to workmanship.
It does not create eligibility for refunds. It provides repairs or remakes only.
Returns Due to Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged from transit:

Report the damage within 48 hours

Provide photos of the packaging and the damaged area
We will take care of replacement or repair.
Shipping-damage replacements are not refundable purchases; they are corrected orders.
Refunds Due to Incorrect Measurements
Refunds cannot be issued for pads made to incorrect customer measurements.
We manufacture exactly what the customer approves. If a measurement error is made by the customer, we can work with you to remake your order at a discounted price.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be eligible for cancellation only if production has not yet begun.
If materials have already been cut, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If a cancellation is accepted, material and labor costs may be deducted from the refund.
Processing Your Refund
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Allow standard banking time for funds to appear.
