Shipping Policy

How We Ship

 

All table pads and accessories are shipped through FedEx in protective packaging designed to keep your order safe in transit. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Timeframe

 

Shipping dates are estimates. Actual transit times depend on FedEx and may vary based on location, weather and seasonal volume. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

 

Production time and shipping time are separate. Your order ships only after custom manufacturing is complete.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout unless included as part of a promotion. Elite Pad 30-Day Refund Policy covers potential return shipping if you decide not to keep your order within the guarantee window.

 

Damage in Transit

 

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours. Please include photos of:

 

  • The box

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged area on the product

We will arrange a replacement or repair.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Fees charged by FedEx for address correction, reshipment or returned packages due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once FedEx marks a package as delivered, any loss, theft, or misplacement becomes a delivery-location issue. We’ll help file a claim with FedEx, but we cannot provide refunds for stolen or misdelivered packages. 

 

Signature Requirements

 

Most orders ship without requiring a signature. If you need a signature requirement added, contact us before the order ships.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
