What makes SnapLock table pads different?
They’re built from lightweight, dent-resistant Engineered Polymer, made specifically for table pads, that’s easier to handle than traditional heavy pads. The liquid-resistant top and bottom wipes clean, and the bottom doesn’t cling to dust or pet hair. Our SnapLock edges connect cleanly without bulky hardware that can scratch your table.
Do the pads really protect against heat, scratches and spills?
Yes. The surface is liquid-resistant, the core absorbs impact, and the material protects against scratches, dents and everyday heat. They’re built for daily use, not just special occasions.
Are the pads the same as the ones my parents or grandparents used?
They look the same on your table and serve the same purpose, but the materials and construction are far superior. They’re lighter, cleaner, more durable and easier to handle.
Ordering and Measurements
What information do you need to make my pads?
We need accurate table and leaf measurements (to the nearest 1/16”), plus a pattern if your table has any curvature.
How do I make a pattern for a curved table?

Lay the pattern paper across the split in the table. Add extra paper if needed.

Weight it down so it doesn’t move.

Use the side of a crayon or pencil (not the tip) to trace the top-flat surface only, never the beveled edge.

If your table sides and ends are straight, you only need to trace one corner on a regular sheet of paper. Write your measurements directly on the pattern and don’t cut anything out.
Do I need a pattern if my table is round or has simple 90-degree corners?
No. In those cases, measurements alone are fine.
Can I change my order after submitting measurements?
Possibly, but only if production hasn’t started. Once we begin cutting materials, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Production, Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to receive my pads?
We provide an estimated production time at checkout. Actual timing can vary depending on materials and seasonal workload.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
No. Shipping timelines are estimates, since carriers sometimes run into delays.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged area. We’ll take care of it.
Economy Pad Questions
Can I return the Economy Pad?
No. The Economy Pad is a custom product with no return policy.
What if you make a mistake on my Economy Pad?
If we verify a manufacturing error, we remake the affected section at no charge. We don’t issue cash refunds on Economy Pads.
Elite Pad Questions
What is the Elite Pad satisfaction guarantee?
You get a full 30 days to decide if it’s right for you. If you want to return it for any reason at all, you get every penny back.
Do I have to pay for return shipping if necessary on an Elite Pad?
No. We cover all shipping and repackaging costs if necessary. You won’t spend a dime.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your Elite Pad remains covered by its lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own it.
Warranty Questions
What does the standard workmanship warranty cover?
It covers defects in construction or materials. It doesn’t cover normal wear, color changes from age, damage from heat, moisture or improper use.
What is the $20 No-Fault Lifetime Warranty?
It’s optional and available on any pad. It protects you from accidents, pets, spills, heat, kids, storage issues - just about anything. If something happens, we repair or remake the affected section. This warranty doesn’t provide cash refunds.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us photos and a short description of the issue. We’ll review it and let you know the next step.
Color, Fit and Materials
Will the color match what I see on my screen?
We get as close as possible, but screens display colors differently. Small variations in shade or grain aren’t considered defects.
Will the pads fit perfectly?
The tolerance is 3/16" total in width, length and shape (only 3/32" when centered). As long as the measurements and pattern provided are accurate, your table pads will be a great fit. Fit issues caused by incorrect measurements are not covered.
Table Paddies™
What are Table Paddies?
They’re 13” x 18” matching table pad placemats made from the same premium materials as our full table pads. They protect your table without covering the whole surface.
Do they ship free?
Yes, when included with a full pad order.
Policies and Legal
Why are returns limited on custom products?
Every pad is made specifically to your table. Once we start building it, we can’t reuse the materials for anyone else. That’s why the Economy Pad has no returns, while the Elite Pad offers a rare 30-day unconditional return policy.
What if my measurements were wrong?
We usually notice if something doesn't look right. If your measurements are different from your pattern measurements, we'll contact you for clarification. Incorrect customer measurements are not covered by the warranty, but we can work with you to remake your order at a discounted price.
